Today’s world demands video and mixed media. Why not introduce your child to how to communicate in today’s world by teaching them the steps in making a tutorial. I’ve broken them down:
- Identify something that needs to be taught.
- Have your child break it up into steps
- Video your child and let him or her watch it. Note eye-contact, smile, lack of filler words (umm, actually, like, etc.)
- Post it on a You-Tube channel for your friends and family to see
My 5-year-old daughter decided to teach others how to make a ponytail.
What interests your child enough for them to create a tutorial?
